There will be a 25% cancellation charge calculated on full invoice amount on cancelled orders effective immediately, except there will be no refunds on special orders. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by the customer’s copy of this invoice. Deposits on lay-aways not picked up within 60 days of invoice date will be forfeited.
