Seller, ARAS MATTRESS & FURNITURE and buyer agree that title to the above property shall not pass to Buyer until the full purchase price is paid. The entire balance shall be due upon delivery, unless provided in the document. If the Buyer fails to make any payments requitted by this document, Seller may immediately, without notice to Buyer, pay from proceeds all expenses to retaking and sale, including reasonable attorney’s fees if suit to collect is files. If Seller and Buyer execute a conditional sales contract on another from covering the about property, these conditions shall be superseded thereby. It is agreed that seller has made no representations warranties or guaranties to Buyer other than as stated in this document.
